Triton and Not-for-Profits – Everyone Wins

Over the years Triton Commercial has represented many organizations from the not-for-profit community. As our business with not-for-profits evolved, we began making donations to the clients we served, particularly to those clients who serve youth and the underprivileged. Now, support of our clients has taken many forms. We are anxious to talk to you about things we can do for your organization and we are anxious for you to speak with our clients to see what have done.

Triton provides the same comprehensive commercial real estate services for our community service clients as we provide for our corporate clients - from strategic planning and site selection to lease negotiation and on-going lease administration. Triton brokers Mark George and John Casey are involved in the not-for-profit community every day and have introduced many senior and board level agency members to their peers in other agencies. Significant synergy has been created between our clients and is a very tangible by-product of Triton’s real estate brokerage services.

Earlier this year Triton broker Mark George suggested we create a formal program wherein a percentage of the brokerage fees we earn from commercial real estate services would be donated back to the organizations we serve. To date we have contributed over $20,000 to our not-for-profit clients. Our not-for-profit clients love it and making a difference in our community makes us feel good, too.
